Receipts
Receipts will be automatically emailed to the primary person on the regitsration list when payment is made. For  questions about payment, email FASD@FASDonline.org.

Event Cancellation and Refund PolicyRegistrants must email cancellation notices to FASD@FASDonline.org by the first day of the conference to receive a refund. The membership fee (if applicable) and a processing fee of 6% will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the first day of the conference. LFFL reserves the right to process refunds after the conference concludes.
